Who is Yıldıray KOÇARSLAN?
He was born in Tokat-Reşadiye in 1967.
- He completed his primary and secondary education in Tokat and high school in Ankara Maliye Vocational High School.
- Graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration.
- He started his career in the Ministry of Finance Tokat Tax Office.
- Branch Office in the Undersecretariat for Maritime Affairs

- He served as the İzmir Regional Directorate.
- While he was the Consultant of the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications
- Appointed as Tüdemsaş General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
