Within the scope of the Ankara Konya High Speed Train Line Development Project, the General Directorate of TCDD will receive 5-year maintenance-repair and cleaning services with the supply of 6 very High Speed Train Sets and 1 Simulator with 7 percent spares.
According to the announcement in the current issue of the Official Gazette, the General Directorate of TCDD requested a loan from the Islamic Development Bank for the financing of the Railway Modernization Project, with 5% backups of a part of the loan, 6 High Speed Train Sets and 1 Simulator It was planned to be used for 7-year maintenance-repair and cleaning service payments.
Bidders will be offered a closed envelope to purchase the service.
The tender shall be made in accordance with the international competitive bidding and post-qualification procedures specified in the Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods and Works in accordance with the Financing of the Islamic Development Bank, and shall be open to all bidders from the eligible qualifications specified in this guide.
The tenderers will have to meet the minimum qualification criteria specified in the tender document to be eligible for this tender. One of the criteria for evaluation is that the bidders have to have experience in two similar contracts, each with a minimum of 7 million in the last 2005 (2011-180), and that at least one of these contracts has been completed successfully.
The complete tender dossier, prepared in Turkish and English, can be purchased by interested bidders from TCDD General Directorate after the written application is made and the non-refundable amount of 10 thousand TL is paid in cash to TCDD Ankara Central Office.
Bids will be opened in front of the representatives of the bidders and participants on 10 October at the General Directorate of TCDD, where the tender file can be examined, information about the file can be obtained, bid envelopes can be delivered and the tender file can be purchased personally.
