The General Directorate of TCDD will receive 5 units with 6 spare parts including 1 units and 7 pieces simulators and XNUMX yearly maintenance-cleaning and cleaning services within the scope of Ankara-Konya High Speed Train Line Development Project.
According to the announcement in the current issue of the Official Gazette, it has been requested by the General Directorate of TCDD to finance the Railway Modernization Project from the Islamic Development Bank for a loan, with the 5 units High Speed Train Set and 6 pieces Simulator procurement with 1 reserves of a portion of the said loan. It is planned to be used for payments to be made under the 7 year-long maintenance and cleaning service.
Bidders will be offered a closed envelope to purchase the service.
The tender shall be made in accordance with the international competitive bidding and post-qualification procedures specified in the Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods and Works in accordance with the Financing of the Islamic Development Bank, and shall be open to all bidders from the eligible qualifications specified in this guide.
The tenderers will have to meet the minimum qualification criteria specified in the tender document to be eligible for this tender. One of the criteria for evaluation is that the bidders have to have experience in two similar contracts, each with a minimum of 7 million in the last 2005 (2011-180), and that at least one of these contracts has been completed successfully.
