Railway professions (Train Agent)

Trainers (Level 4) national occupational standard has been evaluated by taking the opinions of relevant institutions and organizations in the sector and approved by FMC Management Board after being examined by FMC Transportation, Logistics and Communication Sector Committee.

Train Agent (Level 4) trains connecting, wagons, locomotives and railway vehicles that use the scissors, signs, safety installation and displacement system to perform the entry, exit and transit operations of the trains, maneuvering operations; scissors, signs and plumbing cleaning, the person on the train to ensure the safety of navigation.
The Train Agent is responsible for the accuracy, timing and quality of the work it performs under partial supervision. works in accordance with the work instructions in making transactions, when confronted with unusual situations within the scope of responsibility in the use of limited levels of self-management. Informs the subjects that are outside the scope of responsibility. It is among the responsibilities of the Train Agent to ensure its own safety and to contribute to the safety of the other persons involved.

Measurement and evaluation to be carried out for certification purposes according to national qualifications based on the trainer train (Level 4) occupational standard shall be carried out in written and / or oral theoretical and practical basis in the measurement and evaluation centers where the necessary working conditions are provided.
