Ansteel supplies heavy rail for Harbin-Dalian high-speed rail

Anshan Iron and Steel Group (Ansteel), a Chinese steelmaker based in Liaoning, has announced that it has supplied a total of 2009 mt of U163.000Mn (K) 71kg / m high-speed heavy rails for the Harbin-Dalian high-speed railway project since 60. With these tracks, the speed of high-speed trains can go up to 350 km per hour. Tests were started on Monday, October 23, 2007 in the heavy rail project, the construction of which started on August 8, 2012.

Ansteel has announced that it provides 75,5 of the amount of heavy rail used in the project. Ansteel started the production of high-speed rail for passenger trains in 2005 for the first time.
