Balances on Karayolları Nakit KGS cards can only be transferred to PTT's HGS accounts if you subscribe to HGS.
Those who have Karayolları Cash KGS cards and subscribe to HGS from banks other than PTT can transfer their card balances to their Bank accounts by applying to Highways. Those who have Bank Cash KGS cards among highway users can request a refund from the relevant bank, or if that bank is included in the HGS system, they can also apply to the relevant Bank and transfer the cash on the cards to their HGS accounts.
