According to the circular signed by Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan; The necessary appropriations for the expropriations within the scope of the project will be released immediately. The zoning plan and changes to be made on the project route will be finalized by the relevant administrations without waiting for the maximum periods specified in the law. The zoning plan studies on the project route and all kinds of works and procedures related to the production of existing maps that will constitute the basis for these studies, determination of the coastal edge line, preparation or approval of the geological and geotechnical survey reports based on the zoning plan will be finalized by the relevant public institutions and organizations as soon as possible.
Even provincial units will be involved
The necessary measures will be taken by the relevant administrations in order to carry out the allocation, permit, easement or abandonment of the immovables belonging to the private ownership of the Treasury or the government, forest areas and other public institutions and organizations required for the realization of the PROJECT, in accordance with the request of KGM. If necessary, the provincial units of the relevant administrations will be authorized within the framework of the legislation and there will be no delay.
