To date, total investments related to transportation are 24.3 billion TL, 10 billion TL of which is investments related to metro. We continue, hopefully with the participation of our Prime Minister on August 17 Kadıköy-The Eagle line Kadıköy We will open it in the square. The cost of this metro to us is 3 billion liras. It is the biggest subway investment in the history of the Republic. As a municipality in any city in the world, the metro does not have such an investment, as the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, we do it. It has a capacity to carry up to 1.5 million passengers per hour. "

We will renew our fleet by putting 100 new buses into service every month. Last month, we launched 100 new buses on the European side. Today, we are putting into service 100 more modern buses to serve on the Anatolian side. Bus manufacturers around the world are watching these purchases in Istanbul with admiration. Because no municipality can buy so many buses at once. Local bus manufacturers also came to thank. 'President, we are working day and night to train you a bus. They said, "We are recruiting staff while the world is struggling with the crisis." While making these investments, we make such important contributions to the employment of Istanbul. "
Stating that the biggest problem in the world is transportation, Topbaş said, “We made the subway tender for Ümraniye Tepeüstü line and we are breaking a record in the world. It will be finished in 38 months. Making such a long metro in such a time frame is a record in the world. There will also be subways going to Başakşehir and Olympic Stadium. We reveal this record. Kadıköy-Umraniye-Sancaktepe-Sultanbeyli metro. This was unimaginable. From now on, a person taking the metro will be able to go anywhere in Istanbul easily. We want everyone to have the metro passing near their homes, and everyone can experience the comfort and pleasure of getting on the subway. "
