GE Transportation to Produce Locomotive Engine in Kazakhstan

The new plant is intended to provide spare parts production, sales and service for the joint venture Evolution Series diesel engines. The new plant is scheduled to start production at the end of 2013, while 2014 is expected to produce its first diesel engine.
