Start of metrobus services to Beylikdüzü postponed to 19 July

After the death of a worker in the metrobus construction in Istanbul Avcılar yesterday in the accident, the start of the trial flights of the Avcılar-Beylikdüzü metrobus line was postponed to Thursday, 19 July.
According to the statement made by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, the 4th stage of the metrobus line, even the trial flights with passengers, which are planned to start today, will be done from Thursday.
According to information received from the authorities, the trial expeditions, the Avcılar-Beylikdüzü metrobus line was removed while some parts of the falling and 1 worker's death was caused due to the continuation of the technical examination of the bridge was postponed.

Avcılar-Beylikdüzü metrobus line construction has been continuing for about 2 years. The metrobus was planned to be brought to Beylikdüzü on 29 October last year. However, work is still continuing due to construction problems.
