Metrobus is getting expensive

The Beylikdüzü-Avcılar Metrobus line, which will be launched in a short time, increased transportation and real estate prices by up to 30 percent.
Although it is one of the decent districts of Istanbul, metrobus works have come to the final stage in Beylikdüzü, which is not preferred due to the problem of transportation to the center.
Beylikdüzü, one of the most decent districts of Istanbul in terms of urbanization and social facilities, was not preferred because of its distance to the city center. For this reason, it was possible to rent 3 rooms and 1 living room flat for 750 liras, and to find apartments for sale between 115 thousand and 130 thousand liras.
However, metrobus works have increased the prices of apartments for sale and rent in Beylikdüzü by 30 percent. Currently, the prices of apartments for rent in 3 rooms and 1 living room in Beylikdüzü vary between 900 liras and 300 thousand liras. Describing the housing prices of Metrobus, Beylikdüzü Mayor Yusuf Uzun said, "During the project period, real estate prices in the district increased gradually and the region gained more value."
TRANSPORTATION TO AVCILAR 20 MINUTES
The district of Beylikdüzü, which has attracted attention recently with its green area per capita, clean air and coastline, has a population of 250 thousand. Beylikdüzü Mayor Uzun said that Beylikdüzü, which has become an attraction center with its distinctive features, will have a serious relief in transportation with the metrobus that will start operating very soon. “The district, whose brand value is also rapidly increasing, is preferred more and more by those seeking a modern and peaceful life,” Uzun said, “This distance, which is taken in heavy traffic in about 1 hour, will be covered in 20 minutes when the Avcılar - Beylikdüzü Metrobus Line is completed. The distance between Beylikdüzü and Söğütlüçeşme will be 50 kilometers in 83 minutes. While Avcılar-Söğütlüçeşme line still carries an average of 715 thousand passengers per day, this number will reach '1 million' per day with the introduction of the Beylikdüzü line. ”
