HalkalıIn the Marmaray Project, which is based on the improvement of the suburban railway system in Istanbul extending from Gebze to Gebze and the construction of the Railway Bosphorus Tube Crossing, the rehabilitation of the suburban lines started.
Within the scope of rehabilitation, the 22 building, 46 station, 11 highway overpass, 5 highway overpass, 8 river crossing bridge, 7 pedestrian underpass and 11 pedestrian overpass will be demolished along the 5 kilometer line between Gebze and Pendik.
Gebze-Halkalı MTKA Construction Demolition and Debris Removal Services Company General Manager Mehmet Ali Bulut, who undertook the first stage of demolition work by contracting with the Spanish company, has signed the contract with the Spanish company.
Stating that the demolition work will take place in 4 stages, Bulut said, "We took the demolition work of the first stage from Gebze to Pendik, and we demand the other 3 stages."
The cloud reported that the 22 highway overpass, 5 highway underpass, 8 river crossing bridge, 7 pedestrian underpass, 11 pedestrian overpass, 5 station and the expropriated 11 building will be demolished in the first phase of the 46 kilometer.
