Azerbaijani Ministry of Transport Azeryolservis Company President Cavid Gurbanov said that the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway project could be completed by September of this year.
Initially, the project is planned to renew the 26 km part of the railway, although later said that they have been instructed to renew all the rails in the railway line, Gurbanov said, "This is the end of the work already extended," he said.
