Caucasian Industrialists and Businessmen Association (KARSİAD) Chairman Sultan Murat Dereci said that when the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars (BTK) Railway project is completed, the businessmen of Kars should urgently come together and make plans and programs in order not to be an audience.
KARSİAD members of the Confederation of Businessmen and Industrialists of Turkey (TUSKON) 's İstandul on the 4th Ordinary General Assembly turned hopeful. KARSİAD President Sultan Murat Dereci stated that the general meeting of TUSKON was very productive, and that they would roll up their sleeves in order not to be a spectator for the works carried out on behalf of Kars and the region.
Reminding that the logistics center of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars Railway project will be Kars, Deveci said, “We can say that TUSKON General Assembly, which has representatives in nearly 200 countries, has opened our horizons. Our bilateral talks and was looking at the face of it excited people around us, we see that Turkey has already broken the shell. Well, as Kars businessmen, we have questioned what we do to ourselves in this movement. What will we do when the BTK project passes through our city? Are we going to watch the transitions from Europe to Asia and from Asia to Europe? We see this in the current table. TUSKON opens our way and by guiding us; "Come on, my brother, trade, identify what is needed in Europe, your visits and meetings with our representatives," he says. In this context, we have learned serious lessons from this general assembly of TUSKON. We will take action on behalf of Kars and the region without counting. ” he spoke.
