İhsan Akbıyık, Deputy Director General of Highways and Tender Commission, stated that a proposal was left out of the tender and the review on the others would be finalized in May.
Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications Minister Yıldırım tender "is a result of strong political will and stability in Turkey" was regarded with promise.
- Bridge Bridge Life Platform members protested the tender in front of the General Directorate of Highways.
The members of the platform, who claimed that the tender was illegal, claimed that the project would be provided with rent.
