High Speed Train (YHT), which has been accelerating domestic travels since the day it started to serve, also contributes greatly to the increase of domestic tourists coming to Konya, especially on weekends, in addition to the commercial activity it has brought to the city.
Visitors who come to the city for the weekend break their program that starts with breakfast, visiting the Mevlana Museum, Alaaddin Mosque, shopping and the Sema show performed free of charge by the Metropolitan Municipality. Stating that such works will contribute to Konya in the medium term, Ok added that the visitors who came to Konya on weekends did not leave the city without buying Konya sugar and Konya flakes.
