According to the statement made by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, Kadir Topbaş will go to Punjab province of Pakistan tomorrow to make contacts. Mayor Topbaş and his accompanying delegation will attend the opening of the Lahore Solid Waste Facility, where Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality provides information and technology support. On the same day, Topbaş will meet with Punjab State Prime Minister Mohammed Shahbaz Sharif.
Topbaş and the accompanying delegation will attend the opening of the 12-kilometer part of the metrobus line in the city of Lahore, which was planned and consulted by Transportation Inc. on Monday, March 22. Topbaş will be at the opening of the crossroad called "Kadir Topbaş" on Jinnah boulevard after this opening.
On the other hand, Topbaş will be granted an honorary doctorate by Government College University, Lahore's oldest university.
