Malatya Governor Ulvi Saran signed a "goodwill agreement" with the Chinese Railway Manufacturers and Exporters Association (CNR), which wants to invest in the Malatya Wagon Repair Factory, which has been idle for nearly 20 years.

Governor Saran signed a goodwill agreement with the company, which exports to more than 60 countries and employs 90 thousand people, regarding the road map to be followed.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Jia Shirui stated that they viewed the Malatya Wagon Factory very positively as a result of the technical examinations. "We are aware of the importance given to the development of the railways in recent years in your country," shirui Using expressions, and the possible investment in Turkey, both in terms of Turkey's domestic market is the access point to European and Middle Eastern markets said they would provide great advantages.
