Alayunt Logistics Center Project Approved: “Alayunt Logistics Center” project, one of the vision projects of Kütahya Municipality in 2023, was approved by the Ministry of Customs and Trade. Mayor Mustafa Iça stated in his written statement that the logistics center will provide significant gains to the city's future in terms of employment and strategic location.

Iça thanked the Minister of Customs and Trade Hayati Yazıcı for the approval of the project, said:

“Logistics is of great importance in terms of the priority of railway transportation, which is among the vision projects of our government in 2023, and the transportation of industrial raw materials and products to markets in a competitive environment. Our city is at a very important point in this regard. In versatile transportation, Kütahya is at the golden point. Our Alayunt Station is the intersection point of the line starting from Asia and the line going to Europe and Russia, and the lines coming from Anatolia and southeast. We have mentioned this issue in the letters we wrote to our Ministry, both in our Assembly and in the meetings we held. We got the first positive answer from Hayati Yazıcı, our Minister of Customs and Trade. ”

- 50 will be employed for 5

A protocol was signed for the temporary employment of 50 for 5 within the scope of the Program for Community Benefit in Kütahya Municipality.

In his speech at the protocol signing ceremony held at his office, Mayor Mustafa Iça stated that 1 people will be employed between April 30 and August 50.

For the last 3 years, they have prepared projects on a regular basis and stated that they have created a source of employment.

“Two projects have been prepared for this year. The first is the forestation work in degraded forest areas, and the second is the construction of roads, sidewalks, keystone pavements and curbs. We plan the environment and also contribute to the city's economy by planting seedlings such as almonds and walnuts through afforestation works. In infrastructure services, we will beautify the face of our city by taking advantage of a brand new project with spring works. ”

İca added that the applications for the project will be accepted at the Municipal Human Resources and Training Directorate on the 7 March until the end of the work.

Photography exhibition from DPÜ Photography Club

The exhibition consisting of photographs of Dumlupınar University (DPU) Photography Club students was presented at the Rectorate Foyer.

The exhibition, which is the first exhibition opened by the club and has 20 photos of 40 students, can be seen until March 11.
