The first leg of the project is between Kırşehir-Aksaray-Ulukışla, the second phase is Yerköy-Kırşehir, the third phase is Yerköy-Çorum, and the fourth and last phase are Çorum-Samsun.

With the high-speed train railway project that will connect Mersin and Samsun Ports together, in the center of Kayseri-Ankara, Ankara-Yozgat-Sivas railway projects, expropriation works were carried out by the Ministry of Transportation, General Directorate of State Railways in the center of the project. recorded.

It is noted that in case of the realization of the high-speed rail network projects, the export goods produced in Central Anatolia will provide an economic advantage in transporting Mersin and Samsun ports. It was learned that the tender for the railway line application project was held on 26 May 2011 and the project preparation work started in June 2011. In this context, it was stated that the 90-kilometer new Yerköy-Kırşehir Railway Connection Project to be added to the existing railway network of Kırşehir, which is within the scope of rapidly developing provinces, will contribute positively to the social and economic development of the country. It has been reported that the implementation project of the Kırşehir-Yerköy railway line has been completed.
