Trabzon Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TTSO) Chairman M.Suat Hacısalihoğlu said that the construction of Trabzon-Erzincan Railway, which is a strategic project, has become an imperative for the region.
Trabzon-Erzincan Railway Platform evaluated the developments related to Trabzon-Erzincan Railway. Making a statement on behalf of the platform, TTSO Chairman Hacısalihoğlu said, “We have no doubt that the Trabzon-Erzincan Railway is a need for the region and that politicians continue. It was stated by themselves that both our President and Prime Minister supported the railway project, which will be clearly and clearly connected to Trabzon, during their visits to our region. ”

The project is still being carried out by DLH and the State Railways for the Trabzon-Erzincan railway project, and Hacısalihoğlu stated that these works have been followed carefully by the platform.
Hacısalihoğlu said that the works for the Trabzon-Erzincan Railway Project, which was announced to be implemented in 2018 in state programs, said, “There is a promise made by the politicians. The public has no concern that Trabzon will get on the railway. Considering its strategic importance, the realization of this project has become an imperative for our region. As Trabzon-Erzincan Railway Platform, we consider it to be a follower and supporter of this issue as a great historical task for our region. ”
Emphasizing his belief that Trabzon-Erzincan Railway will be realized as soon as possible, Hacısalihoğlu added that they expect the support of the Trabzon public on this matter.
In the statement, TTSO Chairman Hacısalihoğlu as well as platform members Ahmet Sarı from the MÜSİAD Trabzon Branch, Chamber of Mechanical Engineers Trabzon Branch Chairman Şaban Bülbül, Chamber of Civil Engineers Trabzon Branch President Mustafa Yaylalı, Trabzon Port Operation Manager Muzaffer Ermiş, Chamber of Geophysical Engineers Trabzon Branch Board Member Yusuf Bayrak and Chamber of Mapping and Cadastre Engineers Trabzon Branch Second President Recep Nişancı was also present.
