The number of commuter train journeys will be increased in Istanbul

Within the scope of the high-speed train project between Istanbul and Ankara, the number of commuter train journeys will be increased after the intercity train services at Haydarpasa Train Station.


According to the information received from TCDD officials, inter-city trains from and to Haydarpasa to Anatolia, 24 months were interrupted.
As soon as the commuter train service is not lifted, 4 will be upgraded to 121 from February to Saturday, with the mutual line capacity between 180 and Haydarpaşa-Gebze.

Meanwhile, authorities reported that the high-speed train project between Istanbul and Ankara started in the Köseköy-Gebze section.
