Nationalization of Railways Planned in Argentina

Argentine President Cristina Fernandez, 51 killed a person in the investigation of the train crash and asked to be found as soon as possible.

Fernandez also signaled that railways could be re-nationalized.

After the accident that occurred in Argentina last week, 51 people were killed and more than 700 people were injured, the President, who was criticized for "making public statements late," said that he "did not speculate about the pain of death" and said that he would not speculate on death.

Fernandez said he should not expect anyone to “pose with simple solutions and casualties”.

Noting that his government is the protector of the people, Fernandez said that even though he does not use the word “nationalization”, he will intervene “by the state” to solve the problems. "We have to put the old rail system back into practice in Argentina," he said.

"15 million Argentines and their heads want to find out who is responsible," Fernandez warned, to reveal those with direct or indirect responsibility in the accident within a maximum of 40 days.
