Konya Logistics Meets the Village in 2013

AK Party Konya Deputy Hüseyin Üzülmez said that the tender for the Logistics Village to be built in Kayacık will be made within 1 month and the loading may start in 2013.

Meeting with press members at the AK Party Konya Provincial Directorate, AK Party Konya Deputy Hüseyin Üzülmez gave information about the new Turkish Commercial Code, which will come into force on 1 July. Expressing that many innovations will be implemented in commercial life with the new law, Üzülmez said, “The New Turkish Commercial Code; It brings many innovations that concretely implement the principles of equality, transparency, accountability and responsibility. These innovations will provide important gains in terms of regulating the commercial life, removing the obstacles to it and the healthy functioning of the market economy. Secure electronic signature can be used with the new law. Trade registry records can be kept electronically. Invoice and confirmation letters, notice, objection and similar statements can be made electronically. General assembly calls can be made by e-mail. "Participating in the meeting, submitting proposals, voting can be done online via e-signature".

Touching on the Konya agenda, Hüseyin Üzülmez stated that they had information about the problems experienced in railway transportation and said, “There were some problems in Horozluhan, where the loading was made during the construction of the High Speed ​​Train line. A tender for this has been made and containers and other shipments can be made again within 2 months. Until then, loads other than containers will be available at our central station. For the Logistic Village to be built in Kayacık, a tender will be made within 1 month. The Logistics Village, which will be implemented in 2 stages, will start loading and unloading operations in 2013 and the village will be fully operational in 2015 ”.
