Why did the train stops?

CHP Deputy of Kocaeli M. Hilal Kaplan, High-Speed Train (YHT) within the scope of the project to stop the train service in our region gave a written question.

Kaplan, the Minister of Transport Binali Yildirim, in response to a written request by the Parliamentary Presidency of the Parliament, the grievance of people using the railroad, how to eliminate, asked if measures were taken in this regard.
QUESTIONS BY KAPLAN

Kaplan asked the following questions to Yildirim about the future victimization of the rail transport, which uses thousands of 14 people a day in our region:

1- What measures have been taken to eliminate the grievances of our students, workers and especially those who have low income? Is it possible to provide alternative transportation to our citizens who have suffered as an alternative to railway transportation in accordance with the same financial means?

Within the scope of 2- Ankara-İstanbul YHT Project, while a new line work is being carried out on Ankara-Eskişehir-Adapazarı line, the speed of YHT per hour is determined as 250 Km on this line. Instead of conducting a new line on the Köseköy-Gebze line, rehabilitation and renovation works are being carried out on the old line, and the speed of YHT is determined as 160 Km on this line. Why is the rehabilitation work on the old line instead of a new line work, while the line is already completely closed for 30 months? While the average speeds of YHT in developed countries find 400-500 Km, how realistic is it that 160 Km speed in our country is called YHT?

3- What is the reason for the complete closure of the line between Derince and Gebze from 1 February 2012? How do you explain that transportation cannot be provided in this section, even through one way?

4- What will be the situation of civil servants working in the section to be closed to transportation? Is it possible for contracted personnel (contract workers) to be unemployed, such as box office, cleaning and security? Will these people be assigned elsewhere as long as the line is closed? Considering the regions where they reside, what precautions are taken to prevent these employees from becoming victims?

5- What is the duration of the study? After this study, Gebze-Haydarpaşa section of Gebze-Halkalı Is it planned to be closed to transportation within the scope of Marmaray Project? If it is the case of closure, is this alternative, which carries around 80-100 thousand passengers per day, as an alternative? In this parallel KadıköyCould it be possible to extend the subway work between Kartal and Kartal to Gebze Region?
