If this project is implemented, a person living in a house overlooking the Bosphorus in Çanakkale will be able to go to work in Istanbul in a short time.
According to the news of TRT Haber, a new project came to the agenda before the excitement of the crazy project “Kanalistanbul” announced by Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan before the election was over. PURPOSE
The starting point of the project is to stop the horizontal expansion of Istanbul towards Tekirdağ and Kocaeli and to ease transportation.
Architect Serdar Inan said, “Now you know Istanbul linear. It is a linearly settled city in the meaning of East-West. It cannot sit on a ring logic either because of its natural structure. In this sense, traffic problems cannot be solved, they cannot be solved, or they can only be solved at great costs. If we can move Istanbul to all Marmara, we can also ease the traffic in this sense. ”
COST OF 3 BILLION DOLLAR
The cost of this project is estimated to be around $ 3 billion. Inan is not worried about Marmararing's financing.
Architect Inan said, “We can find the financing of this very easily. We will go to a fair in France about this in March. We will be seeking financing for Istanbul projects. When we find the financing, we will share it with our state," he said. The project is waiting to be presented to the Minister of Transport, Binali Yıldırım.
