The high speed train line, which ends in Gebze, will be connected to Gebze via Haydarpaşa - Gebze railway, which will be transformed into the underground underground within the scope of Marmaray project, and from there to the European side via Marmaray. In addition, a high-speed train station will be built in Ankara.

When this project is carried out, the journey time between Ankara and Istanbul will go down to 4 hours and 3 hours will go down in Ankara and Eskişehir.

Works on various stages of the project

Due to the weak connection of Konya to Ankara, Istanbul and Izmir, and the existing railway transportation, the Ankara - Konya high-speed train project was launched.
