Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Tünektepe Cable Car and Social Facilities undergo annual periodic maintenance. Tünektepe Cable Car and Social Facilities, which offers visitors a unique view of Antalya by climbing to Tünektepe at 605 altitude, will not be able to serve as of January 18, 2021, due to the ability to fight the pandemic process more effectively and the routine annual maintenance of the facilities.
Within the scope of the maintenance works to be carried out in order to provide more comfortable and safe service to the visitors, technical maintenance of the ropeway cabins, post and line maintenance, lower and upper station maintenance will be done. The moving and mechanical parts of the cable car will be checked. In the social facilities, cleaning, general maintenance, arrangement and renovation works will be carried out in order to provide a better quality and comfortable service to the visitors.
After the comprehensive maintenance works, Tünektepe Cable Car and Social Facilities will continue to serve the residents of Antalya and local and foreign tourists visiting the city.
