Eight drivers of Ekol Logistics were awarded the IRU Professional Driver Honor Medal. In the Professional Driver Awards held in cooperation with the International Transporters Association (UND) and the International Road Transport Association (IRU); Eight drivers of Ekol, who meet criteria such as professional performance, safe driving, loyalty to the company they work for, and moral qualities, were awarded the Medal of Honor.
The names of Ekol drivers who received awards for their outstanding performance in the honor list, which includes more than 40 drivers from 1200 countries, are as follows:
Abdulvahap Köse, Aydın Orhan, Cemil Özkan, Erkan Kıran, Mustafa Demirel, Mustafa Özdemir, Niyazi Yiğit, Serdar Güngör.
The IRU gathers 100 professional organizations in more than 170 countries under its roof. Each year, IRU awards the “IRU Order of Honor” among thousands of professional drivers operating in the field of international goods transportation, nominated by its member professional organizations. This year, 48 Turkish drivers were included in the IRU list.
