Malatya Metropolitan Municipality teams carried out a total of 18 km of road maintenance, repair and asphalt works in 13 districts in 2.353 months, providing services to citizens regardless of the center / rural area. According to the statement made by Malatya Metropolitan Municipality Road Maintenance and Infrastructure Coordination Department, road works according to the districts were as follows: Akçadağ 369 Km, Arapgir 56 Km, Arguvan 213 Km, Battalgazi 191 Km, Darende 149 Km, Doğanşehir 262 Km, Doğanyol 51 Km , Hekimhan 231, Castle 38 Km, Kuluncak 109 Km, Pütürge 130 Km, Yazihan 282 Km, Yesilyurt 272 Km.
Malatya Metropolitan Municipality road maintenance and asphalting teams will continue to work in some districts, while asphalt paving and road maintenance works will continue as long as seasonal conditions allow. The asphalt teams, which will complete the season with the onset of winter conditions, will continue their work as maintenance and repair in the next period. Malatya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Selahattin Gürkan said in a statement he made in the districts where he closely followed the asphalt paving works,
“21. There will be no unpaved neighborhood roads in Malatya of the XNUMXst century. Regardless of the opinion, we will deliver the service to all our districts, street by street, neighborhood by neighborhood.
