A German woman living in Munich recorded every delay in the trains she boarded with the colors of the scarf she knitted. Many of us are no strangers to the hassle of being late for transportation to get from A to B. A woman in Munich, Germany, reached an interesting conclusion by knitting a scarf during the delays she experienced while commuting to work.

40 usually go to work during the time of work and the woman hanging in the station waiting, instead of sitting idly empty time to use a good way, knitted scarves of the German railways, the report card has been removed.

The weft comprises three colors, each of which represents the length of the delay. For lines of five minutes or less, dark gray, light pink for delays of five to 30 minutes, and a line of wefts using a red color for more than one 30 minutes in one direction, corresponds to one row, so two rows of braids are equal to a one-day journey.

The daughter of the woman, journalist Sara Weber, announced the 'Bahn-Verspätungsschal (Delayed neckerchief), which her mother knitted in 2018.

According to Deutsche Welle, the German railway company Deutsche Bahn is known to be frequently complained of due to long train delays and rail failures. As can be seen in Weber's statement, we can see that everything went well at the beginning of the year, and plenty of gray and pink colors. Stating that they hope the situation will be better by the end of the year, Weber underlines that the most delay is in summer.

It did not go unnoticed that only half of the scarf, knitted using six rolls of wool, was gray. Announcing that this interesting scarf has been put up for auction on the internet to be used for charity, Weber stated that the bids he has received so far are over 1000 euros. - Liberty
