Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, during the Feast of the Sacrifice, to provide a free transportation service to enable citizens to come together with their friends and relatives. In this context, with the decision of Kocaeli Metropolitan City Council, citizens will benefit from free transportation by 31 4 September Monday until the end of the Feast of Sacrifice on August Thursday.
SOME LINES WILL NOT BE INCLUDED
Citizens' satisfaction with the service will be valid in land transportation, rail systems and sea transportation. Municipal buses, tram, steamer / passenger engines will provide free service during the Feast of Sacrifice. Izmit-Kartal Metro line with the number 200, Bus Station-Sabiha Gökçen line with 250 and 800K and 800C lines serving to Kandıra beaches will not be included in free transportation.
PRINTING CARD TO BE USED IN MARINE TRANSPORTATION
According to the information received from the Directorate of Public Transport Department of Maritime Transportation, sea transportation will be free of charge during the anniversary and the Eid Al-Adha. However, in order to determine the number of passengers in sea transport, those who will use the sea transportation will also read the City Cards. However, since the sea transportation is free, there will be no charge for these City Cards.

On the other hand, the Metropolitan Municipality took the necessary measures to ensure that the citizens did not experience any parking problems during their visit to the city. In this direction during the holidays 1-4 September to cover the days of parking will not be charged.
