Learn traffic rules in school yard

They Will Learn Traffic Rules in the School Garden: With the "Every School One Traffic Track Project" prepared by the Trabzon Provincial Police Department, primary school students will be able to learn the traffic rules by getting on battery-powered toy vehicles on the tracks made in the school gardens.
Within the scope of the project implemented by the Community Policing Branch Directorate and the Traffic Registration Inspection Branch Directorate, a traffic track was built in the garden of Ayfer Karakullukçu Primary School.
The students who took the toy cars with the single and double lane road, traffic lights, level crossing and traffic signs on the track had the opportunity to learn the theoretical and applied traffic rules.
Governor Abdil Celil Öz, the Mayor of Ortahisar Ahmet Metin Genç and the Provincial Police Director Murat Köksal attended the training ceremony organized for the first time.
Speaking at the ceremony, Governor Öz stated that different institutions are carrying out various studies regarding the reduction of traffic accidents and said, “This trouble and trouble is an important problem for us. Strategic and action plans have been prepared in recent years. "There are studies in education, control, technology and infrastructure, but the most important point of this is education."
Emphasizing that the practice is fun and instructive for children, police officer Kadir Hatipoğlu said, “In advanced ages, they will at least gain basic knowledge about traffic education. This will be very useful for children in older ages. "This traffic education we do will gain a place in children's memory with first theoretical and then practical studies."
After the speeches, students who ride on battery-powered toy cars learned how to drive with the directions of traffic police.
The project is planned to be held in 12 school in the city.
