Dark Tunnel for TCDD Transfer of Railways to Private Sector
The transfer of railways to the private sector is a dark tunnel for TCDD. The amendment to the law aiming at the transfer of TCDD to the private sector is in the Turkish Grand National Assembly Transportation Commission.
